Certification
These services enable our clients to successfully implement best practice industry frameworks including ITIL, MSP, Prince2 and TOGAF. Our fully accredited consultants are trained and qualified to provide auditing, assessment and certification in compliance to these industry frameworks. We add value to industry frameworks by bringing experience of practical implementation, tool support and, where necessary, enhancements and extensions to make the frameworks more effective.

Training
We run a large variety of in-house and public courses addressing current, state-of-the-art techniques and methods including Enterprise Architecture, Advanced System Delivery and Agile Project Management.
Tool Related Training
We offer a range of training and educational services to support all of our software toolsets including the highly acclaimed EVA NetModeler for Enterprise Architecture. These courses are designed to enable all our user communities, from entry level to advanced practitioners, to get the most out of the software toolsets we sell and support.
Enabling Consulting
Our clients value the interactive and vibrant style adopted by our consultants when they run any of our Workshop offerings. These Workshops can be introduced at any stage of the Programmes/Projects but we are often retained at the initial stage to allow our clients to get a fast start. This is particularly true when modelling standards need to be agreed up-front. Our range of Enabling Consultancy covers Standards, Architectures and the Management of Risk and Quality. We also offer services in the area of Programme and Project Management.
