Graham McLeod, Chief Architect/Chairman
Graham McLeod has 32 years experience in the IT industry, 19 years in general management and 13 years academic teaching and research. Graham founded Inspired IT Consulting, Training, Research and Tools, a major precursor company of Promis, in 1991. He has developed methods for linking business and IT strategy, enterprise architecture, project management, data management, and systems delivery. He directed a post-graduate programme in Commercial Distributed Information Systems at the University of Cape Town.
Graham is the author of widely used texts on project management and system delivery techniques and has consulted to over 60 organizations in South Africa, UK, Europe, USA and other African countries. Organizations assisted span banking, investment, assurance, retail, telecommunications, government, education, health care, energy, hospitality, manufacturing, computer vendors and software industries. He is still actively involved in research in the areas of methods engineering, meta modeling, collaborative modeling and the application of these to enterprise modeling.
Graham has delivered Enterprise Architecture consulting since 1989. He is familiar with Zachman, Meta, FEA, IAF, DODAF, Gartner and other approaches. He is the primary architect of the Inspired EA Frameworks/Meta models and the EVA Netmodeler tool suit, formerly known as Archi or EA Webmodeler. He is a certified TOGAF architect and trainer.
Graham leads the product and intellectual property development aspect of Promis, while also performing strategic consulting with key clients and being involved in our own strategy and growth.
Robb Mann, Director Professional Services

Robb Mann has a first degree in Maths, a Masters in Operational Research and his PhD thesis was in Computer Networks. He holds a Red Badge in ITIL (Version 3) and is an accredited ITIL and MSP (2007) practitioner and trainer. He is a certified TOGAF Architect and Trainer.
Robb has been training and consulting since the early 1980's with particular emphasis on analysis, strategic planning, project management, knowledge management and enterprise architecture. He founded his own UK consulting organization, which was successful in performing highly regarded work for major industry players in the IT industry and assurance.
Robb is passionate about achieving lasting value for clients and mutually beneficial relationships.
